Depending on the Versatile Credit, Inc. product you're currently using, changes can be made to the cascade of lenders. These changes include, but are not limited to:
- Adding Lenders
- Removing Lenders
- Adding Features (*)
- Lender Prequalification
- Top-off
Sending a cascade update request informs us of the change you wish to make and provides us with the necessary information to process it.
(*) - Feature requests are subject to lender approval
Submitting a Cascade Update/Enhancement Request
- Contact your Versatile Credit, Inc. account manager. If you don't know who your account manager is, contact our Customer Support department for assistance

- Provide the following information:
- Your Retailer Name
- The street address for the locations that will receive the change
- The desired cascade change
- If you're looking to add a lender to your cascade, please ensure that you already have an account with them, as we will need to request credentials from them
A team member will follow up to confirm that we received the request and to request additional information that may be required.
