How to Process a Refund

1. Login to the Versatile Credit Portal
2. Depending on your organization's integration with the Versatile Portal, the area for payment refunds may be under one of the following:
   1. Payments
   2. Jobs
   3. Orders
   4. Treatments

If you have a "Payments" Menu:

1. Left Hand Panel > Payments
   1. click the payment in question
   2. if a refund is allowed, a refund button will be visible in the upper right corner of this page

If you have a "Jobs" Menu:

1. Left Hand Panel > Jobs
   1. click the job corresponding to the payment
   2. scroll down to "Auths"
   3. if a refund is allowed, a refund button will be visible next to the payment
