Overview
Versatile Credit Customer Support can generate a configuration file to connect a Snap Sign to a network if requested. This file can be placed into a FAT32-formatted USB drive and connected to a Snap Sign.
Requesting a Configuration File
To request a configuration file, please contact Versatile Credit Customer and provide the following information:
- Network Type (Open, WEP, WPA, WPA2)
- SSID (Network Name)
- Password
A team member will contact you to confirm that the request was received and provide the file once it's been created.
Using a Configuration File
- Place the configuration file into a FAT32-formatted USB drive
- Do NOT unzip the configuration file
Insert your USB drive into the Snap Sign's USB-A port
Click on Network Configuration
Click on Configure from USB Key
Click on Configure Now to begin network configuration
Once the network is configured, the Snap Sign will reboot. Once the Sign reboots, it should start displaying QR Codes.
