I. Overview
Application statuses aren't always static. They can occasionally change based on the applicant's circumstances or the lender's. The most common changing scenario are Pending applications, but occasionally even Approved/Declined statuses can change.
The system updates them automatically when possible, but on the instances where that's not possible, an application refresh helps get the application to it's current status.
II. Step-by-Step Guide
- Go to your Applications tab.

2. From there, you find the application you want to refresh and click its submitted date.

3. You'll find the Refresh Application button in the top-right corner of the screen.
