You may see a screen that asks you for an "Entity Key" and "Employee ID" when you try to launch the credit application link, like shown below.
This apply screen is shown when the link used does not contain the required entity key (the 16 digit number that is mapped to your unique configuration). This link should have been provided to you by a Versatile team member and should look something like this (but with a different 16 digit number at the end):
https://applymenu.versatilecredit.com/0000-0000-0000-0000
If you do not have this link, please escalate to a Versatile Support team member to help you get the proper link.
If you have the old, non-functional link saved in some way, commonly as a bookmark, we request that you update it to the correct link URL manually. If you try to bookmark the apply link after it loads, it will not save it with the required entity key as the URL changes after it loads.
