Before You Begin

Before attempting to connect a kiosk to a network, be sure that you have the following:

1. The kiosk's administrative password (*)

(*) - A kiosk's administrative password is chosen during the kiosk's initial setup process. Please call Versatile Credit Customer Support if you need the password.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Reboot the kiosk by unplugging it and plugging it back in

2. Click on Configure once the option becomes available

   

3. Enter the kiosk's administrative password

   

4. In the Configuration Main Menu, click on Settings in the top left corner of the screen and select Change Size from the Keyboard section

   

5. Select your desired keyboard size from the available options

   

6. Once you've selected your desired keyboard size, click on the power button on the top right and click Restart to return to the application screen
